Service Description

Program Description: The EMT program will provide training in responding to 911 calls for emergency medical assistance. Students will learn to assess a patient's condition and determine a course of treatment, provide first-aid treatment, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), life support care, bandaging a wound, and proper transportation techniques to safely transport a patient in an ambulance to the emergency department or other healthcare facility.
