Service Description
Program Description: The Pharmacy Technician Program will prepare students to work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, and perform various pharmacy-related functions such preparing prescribed medications, handling verbal prescriptions and doctor’s calls, giving medications along with instructions and or medical devices, equipment, or other healthcare related products to patients, and communicating with third parties and doctor's offices regarding patient's insurance or state programs.
